The second year is almost entirely dedicated to a professional master’s thesis consisting of a real audit case study or forensic report that frequently gets published and forms the basis for KGK oral examination preparation.Graduates sit for and pass the KGK SMMM and YMM licensing exams at rates far above national average and immediately become partners or senior managers at Big-4 and top-20 Turkish audit firms, head internal audit and risk management departments at banks (Ziraat, Garanti, İş Bankası, Akbank), holdings (Koç, Sabancı, Anadolu, Zorlu), and SPK-listed giants, or open their own independent auditing and YMM companies that quickly reach multi-partner status.
