The Bachelor of Performing Arts is a four-year undergraduate program delivered entirely in Turkish at Turkey’s leading conservatories and fine arts faculties, designed to train professional actors, directors, dramaturgs, theatre-makers, and interdisciplinary performers who can create original works, reinterpret classics, and reach millions through stage, television, cinema, and digital platforms in a country that produces the world’s second-largest number of television series, hosts one of Europe’s most vibrant theatre scenes, and has become a global hub for performing arts education and production.Throughout the program students receive an intensive, conservatory-style training that combines classical and contemporary techniques with daily physical and vocal practice. Students perform in more than twenty productions during their education ranging from classical Turkish and world repertoire to new writing and experimental works in professional university theatres, tour nationally with selected productions, complete mandatory internships at State Theatres, Istanbul and Ankara City Theatres, private theatres (Dot, Craft, Talimhane, Moda Sahnesi, DasDas, Zorlu PSM, Baba Sahne), major television and cinema production companies (Ay Yapım, Tims&B, O3 Medya, Acun Medya, Gold Film), and dubbing studios, and graduate with a rich performance reel, extensive stage credits, and a professional network that often leads to immediate casting.Graduates of the Bachelor of Performing Arts enjoy extremely high visibility and diverse career opportunities in Turkey’s massive performing arts industry.
