The Bachelor of Management Information Systems (MIS) at Haliç University is designed to train students who can integrate theory and practice, utilize information technologies at an advanced level, and add value through effective data management. The program uniquely blends business administration and information technology by focusing on system analysis and design, object-oriented programming (C# and Java), web-based information system applications, enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), logistics and supply chain management, business intelligence, IT project management, and data analysis. The curriculum requires completion of 240 ECTS credits, including a mandatory 45-day internship (with at least 25 days in informatics). Students gain proficiency in software development as well as managerial and analytical roles. Graduates are prepared for careers in IT consultancy, public and private sector management, R&D projects, electronic commerce, and more, both domestically and internationally. They may work as software developers, analysts, managers, or entrepreneurs[3].
