The Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (English) at Cyprus Aydın University is a four year undergraduate engineering program designed to provide students with strong theoretical foundations and practical competencies in electrical systems, electronics, and modern technological applications. The program prepares graduates to design, analyze, and manage complex electrical and electronic systems across various industries.
During the first years of study, students build a solid background in mathematics, physics, circuit theory, programming, and engineering fundamentals. These courses develop analytical thinking and problem solving skills essential for advanced engineering applications.
As the program progresses, students study core subjects such as analog and digital electronics, signals and systems, electromagnetics, power systems, control systems, communication systems, microprocessors, embedded systems, renewable energy technologies, and power electronics. Emphasis is placed on system design, simulation, testing, and optimization.
Laboratory work and project based learning form an essential part of the curriculum. Students gain hands on experience in circuit design, electrical measurements, control system implementation, and hardware programming. The English medium instruction enables students to access international technical resources and operate in global engineering environments.
Graduates may pursue careers in power generation and distribution companies, telecommunications firms, electronics manufacturing industries, automation companies, renewable energy projects, and research institutions. The program also provides a strong foundation for postgraduate studies in electrical engineering, electronics, robotics, or related technical fields.
