The Bachelor of Civil Aviation Management (English) at Cyprus Aydın University is a four year undergraduate program designed to prepare qualified professionals for managerial and administrative roles within the rapidly growing civil aviation industry. The program combines aviation knowledge with business and management principles to equip graduates with the skills required to manage airline, airport, and aviation related operations.
During the first years of study, students build a strong foundation in aviation fundamentals, business administration, economics, management principles, and aviation law. These courses provide an understanding of how aviation organizations operate within national and international regulatory frameworks.
As the program progresses, students focus on airline management, airport operations, aviation safety and security, air transport economics, aviation marketing, logistics in aviation, ground handling services, air traffic systems, and strategic planning in aviation enterprises. Emphasis is placed on operational efficiency, service quality, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Students develop analytical and managerial skills through case studies and applied coursework related to real aviation scenarios. The English medium instruction reflects the global language of aviation and prepares students to operate in international aviation environments.
Graduates may pursue careers in airlines, airport management companies, ground handling firms, aviation consultancy organizations, cargo and logistics companies, and civil aviation authorities. The program also provides a foundation for postgraduate studies in aviation management, business administration, or related disciplines.
