The Associate of Business Management (English) at Istanbul Aydın University is a two year vocational higher education program designed to provide students with essential managerial knowledge and practical administrative skills for modern business environments. Offered within the Vocational School and accredited by YÖK, the program prepares graduates for entry level supervisory and coordination roles across various sectors. The curriculum begins with foundational courses in management principles, economics, accounting, business mathematics, marketing fundamentals, and organizational behavior. These courses build a strong understanding of how businesses operate and how managerial decisions affect organizational performance. As the program progresses, students take applied courses such as human resources management, financial accounting, entrepreneurship, business communication, project management fundamentals, customer relationship management, and basic commercial law. The English medium instruction strengthens their ability to work in multinational environments and communicate in global business settings. Internship opportunities allow students to gain real world experience in private companies, banks, retail organizations, logistics firms, and service sector businesses. These internships help students apply theoretical knowledge in professional contexts and understand workplace dynamics. Graduates pursue careers as office coordinators, administrative assistants, sales support staff, junior supervisors, accounting assistants, and human resources assistants. They may work in private enterprises, financial institutions, trade firms, and service organizations. Many graduates continue their education through vertical transfer to bachelor’s programs in business administration, management, or related fields.
