Hands-on training is extensive and realistic: students use the most popular Turkish business software packages such as Logo, Zirve, Netsis, ETA, Mikro, and Luca, create professional business correspondence and reports in Turkish, conduct market research projects for local brands, prepare complete business plans for SMEs, organize promotional events, manage inventory and warehouse operations, perform front-office and back-office simulations, and participate in mandatory workplace internships (usually 30–40 working days) at real companies ranging from family-owned firms to large holdings in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Adana, Gaziantep, and other industrial cities. Communication and soft skills receive particular attention because Turkish business culture values relationship-building: students improve their professional Turkish writing and speaking abilities, learn business etiquette, negotiation techniques, telephone and reception manners, time management, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving under pressure.
