The Bachelor of Logistics Management program in Turkey is designed to prepare students for the evolving demands of the global logistics and supply chain sector. Over four years (eight semesters), students receive comprehensive training spanning foundational logistics principles, applied statistics, supply management, IT in logistics, transportation, storage, procurement, and contract management. Advanced courses address strategic management, scientific research techniques, supply chain modeling, risk management, and logistics information systems. Practical case studies and basics of international trade are emphasized in later years. The curriculum aims to develop both analytical and managerial skills necessary for coordinating the increasingly complex global flow of goods and information. Graduates are equipped to work in logistics services, shipping companies, audit and insurance firms, foreign trade enterprises, IT and communications departments, ports, customs, free trade zones, and storage/warehousing positions. Turkey’s strategic geographic location makes its logistics graduates highly employable, especially as firms continue to prioritize efficient, technology-driven, and integrated supply solutions in an increasingly competitive world.[1][4]
