Bachelor of Dentistry (English)

The Bachelor of Dentistry (English) at Istanbul Aydın University is a five year undergraduate professional program designed to educate competent, ethical, and clinically skilled dentists who can diagnose, treat, and prevent oral and dental diseases in accordance with international standards. Offered through the Faculty of Dentistry and accredited by YÖK, the program combines strong theoretical foundations with extensive hands on clinical training to prepare graduates for professional practice in Turkey and internationally. Students treat real patients under the supervision of experienced academic staff in the university’s fully equipped dental hospital and clinical units. They gain hands on experience in diagnosis, treatment planning, infection control, radiographic interpretation, aesthetic procedures, and patient communication. Emphasis is placed on evidence based practice, ethical responsibility, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The English medium format enables students to access international academic resources, follow global dental literature, and enhance communication skills for working in multicultural clinical environments.
